Can I return an item?
Returns are accepted within 28 days of delivery when items are unworn, unwashed and returned with original tags attached.
How do I exchange my size?
Return the original item, then place a new order for your preferred size; this keeps availability accurate.
Which items cannot be returned?
Personalised items, worn or washed garments, and products without original tags may not qualify for return.
How should I send my return?
Use a tracked service and keep your postage receipt until your return has been confirmed by bon baari.
Are return postage costs refunded?
Return postage is normally the customer’s responsibility unless your item is faulty or we sent the wrong product.
When will I receive my refund?
Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days; your bank may need additional time.
